General Conditions of Pre-Orders

Pre-orders

A pre-order is an advance purchase method for limited-quantity items not yet available in Europe. Pre-order products are ordered and reserved specifically for you from the manufacturer. Full payment is required upon validation of your pre-order.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order items, shipment will not occur until all items are available . To avoid any waiting time, we recommend placing two separate orders (one for immediately available items, another for pre-order).

Pre-ordering constitutes a firm and mutual commitment between you and Canard de Bian to the manufacturer. You can cancel your order within 48 hours of confirming your order, with a full refund. After this period, a 10% deduction from the total order amount will be applied as a processing fee.

The release date indicated on our website is provided by the manufacturer and is subject to change without notice in the event of production delays. Girls Vibes cannot be held responsible for release delays or manufacturing issues. These delays cannot constitute grounds for cancellation outside of the statutory right of withdrawal.

Important: pre-orders benefit, from the effective delivery, from the 14-day right of withdrawal (articles L221-18 and following of the Consumer Code), except for excluded products (personalized items, sealed for hygiene reasons, etc. – see Return Policy).
