General Conditions of Pre-Orders

  • A pre-order is an advance purchasing method for limited quantity items not yet available in Europe.
  • The products in pre-order are ordered and reserved especially for you from the manufacturer. Full payment of your pre-orders is made when you order.
  • If your order contains both in-stock items and in-stock items pre-order , your order will only be shipped once all items are available. To avoid a waiting time, we recommend placing two separate orders. This will allow you to receive available items immediately, without waiting for your pre-orders to be released.
    The service of pre-order that we put in place represents a mutual commitment, both on your part and ours towards the manufacturer. Please note that any cancellation on your part, beyond 48 hours following validation of your order, will result in administrative fees corresponding to 10% of the order value.
  • There pre-order that we are putting in place is a service that allows you to purchase your copy in advance and receive it as soon as it becomes available. Please note that the release date shown on our site is provided by the manufacturer and is subject to change (without notice) if production encounters delays. We cannot be held responsible for any changes to this release date.
    Since these products are often in limited quantities on the market, pre-ordering remains the best way to get the item as soon as it is released.
  • THE pre-orders are subject to manufacturing hazards, manufacturer shifts, etc. We are not responsible for delays and these cannot justify the cancellation of your purchase.
  • For information : a cancellation of a pre-order within 48 hours will be fully refunded, beyond the 48-hour period cancellation is possible but an amount of 10% will be retained as a fee on the total amount of the order.
